Fish Tacos–So Yummy, So Easy!
Sauce
1 c mayo
1 T sirrachia sauce (other hot sauce of choice)
1 t taco seasoning (I usually add a little extra)
Mix well
Fish (we prefer white fish like snapper or mahi, but any will do)
Rinse fish and let dry on paper towel/pat dry—no liquid on it and bring to room temp (30 min.)
Lightly coat with olive oil, sprinkle with fish seasoning (see below)
Cook Med (400) for 2-3 min per side until flaky (will vary depending on thickness of fish)
Fish Seasoning (double or triple for later use if desire)
1 t paprika
¼ t cayenne (to taste)
1 t salt
½ t garlic salt/powder
½ t onion salt/powder
1 t dried thyme
1 t dried oregano
½ t black pepper
(Sprinkle on fish before cooking)
Toppings—anything you like
Mozzarella or cheddar grated cheese
Onion
Cabbage
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Tortillas
Lightly spread olive oil on flour tortillas and heat in pan
Build your tacos
